One of the worst banks. The best way to state it is like they are intentionally inconvenient. The people are seemingly professional in appearance and they don’t act rude… they just take forever to do anything. The app is a consistent problem… But most importantly, it takes 20-40 min to do anything there. Also, they don’t seem to have any account that pays any real competitive interest rate. It’s just a no, I have to take my money out of here…
This particular branch in South Plainfield is perfect for our banking needs. The service is fast. Bank employees at this branch (Patty, Julissa) are always courtesy and helpful. They serve customers from the heart. After the nightmare experience at Unity Bank at 2426 Plainfield Ave, we found the perfect solution - Columbia Bank at Oa Tree Rd in same town. Strongly recommend for banking needs.

I opened 2 accounts almost 30 years ago at this location. Even though I moved away, I stayed with the bank only because of their excellent customer service provided by Ms. Shannon Jefferys. What an asset she is to that branch!
