I have a had a great experience working with those at Columbia Bank. Shannon Jeffreys along with the rest of the staff were extremely helpful in assisting me to set up my own Checkings Account and in helping me apply to receive my first credit card. Additionally, the notary on duty was super helpful and quick. I cannot thank them enough for their welcoming hospitality and the unwilling support.
One of the worst banks. The best way to state it is like they are intentionally inconvenient. The people are seemingly professional in appearance and they don’t act rude… they just take forever to do anything. The app is a consistent problem… But most importantly, it takes 20-40 min to do anything there. Also, they don’t seem to have any account that pays any real competitive interest rate. It’s just a no, I have to take my money out of here…
This particular branch in South Plainfield is perfect for our banking needs. The service is fast. Bank employees at this branch (Patty, Julissa) are always courtesy and helpful. They serve customers from the heart. After the nightmare experience at Unity Bank at 2426 Plainfield Ave, we found the perfect solution - Columbia Bank at Oa Tree Rd in same town. Strongly recommend for banking needs.
