1/28/26 ATM STILL BROKE ‼️‼️ ( this bank bought 10 other banks UNNECCESASSARILY & NOW DOESNT HAVE THE FUNDS TO FIX THEIR ATMS FOR EXISTING CLIENTS!! ) ATM HAS BEEN BROKE TOO MANY TIMES FOR TOO LONG NOW GOING ON 2 WEEKENDS ...BROKE SINCE @ LEAST 1/15/26 & IT IS 1/22/26 STILL BROKE COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE I usually get pleasant service here from their employees but like it or not, they do follow the rules to a T. This branch has gone downhill in recent years. Reduced hours, fees, etc. I've been with them for years, but it's time to find better service. Also, the last teller, an Indian woman, didn't even acknowledge us as we sat in the drive-thru service area. Do they train them not to greet customers or is it a cultural thing?
Too bad zero stars is not an option. Hopefully you don't fall victim to check fraud. Three months later still waiting for my 3k
