Amazing branch, whenever I have any problems they do everything they can to figure out a solution. Ten star customer service, great staff that’s friendly and makes you want to hang out at your bank. I’ll always have an account with them 🙏 my bankers name is Catiria, she’s super sweet, but the rest of them are just as nice 🙌
This branch is temporarily closed but the drive thru is still open thought I would mention it since there is no sign on the door. There are other columbia bank locations in fairfield and west caldwell. 3/3/2021
Great employees. I got my mortgage through Columbia years ago and since then do all my banking there. Very personal service, the managers and tellers all greet me by name. Very rarely any kind of wait to do your banking with tellers or the manager and they will always go out of their way to help or guide you with any concerns or questions. I also use the Columbia bank app on my phone....very easy to navigate.
