I had a very frustrating experience with Colton Outlet. I paid a $100 deposit for a product and never received what I paid for. When I followed up, there didn’t seem to be any clear record of my deposit, which made the situation even worse. I made multiple attempts to contact them—by phone and even through Instagram—but never received a response. This was my first time visiting. Overall, it’s not bad, but the '50% off' claim can be a little misleading. They usually base it on the current Costco price and knock off about $20 or $30 rather than a flat 50%. Make sure you do your due diligence and inspect items carefully; while many look new, some are missing parts, and I’m not sure what the return policy is. That said, the owners have awesome personality they are charming and provide great customer service. I definitely recommend checking it out, especially for furnitur... read more
