This company moved my mom. Roy and RJ were both professional and kind and amazing to work with!
Curtis and Larry showed up on time. They worked quickly when loading and unloading the truck. Initial estimate was 4-6 hours, they completed the job in just over 3 hours. They were polite and careful with all furniture and boxes.
Very professional on the phone but horrible movers. They sent a guy who was brand new and had no moving experience. Took them 3 hours longer to complete the job and they didn't even get everything in the truck and we had no sofas, one king bed, one tv. We didn't even have the items in the initial bid and it took them three hours longer bc they didn't know to take the legs off a sectional and tried for an hour to get it up the stairs before deciding to take the legs off. You get a moving company and pay for there best insurance just in case an accident happens. No one plans to break your stuff but they did. I had a Komodo grill which aren’t cheap get broken and a patio table. They took back broken parts and said we won’t charge you to throw away. Then when I go to file claim they won’t pictures. Well played so I didn’t pictures cause they took back stuff to throw out!! They said fill out claim anyway, I did and got the 150 back I paid for the extra insurance!!
