I ordered a large heavy piece of furniture from Home Depot that was shipped in 2 separate boxes. 1 box was damaged and sent back to Home Depot in delivery and I was only delivered 1 of 2 boxes. I called Home Depot and was offered to have a delivery co call me and “schedule “ a pick up with the carrier as I had to return the one piece , get refunded after then reorder the whole item.
