I recently attempted to retain the services of this law firm. They might be excellent lawyers, but I found the office to be very disorganised and honestly unprofessional. Twice they agreed to meeting times, sent no confirmations, no retainer agreements to review and both times they missed the meeting times. A confirmation of meeting times via email would have easily cleared up any misunderstanding. I was very pleased with how my case was handled. Mrs. Colson was honest and upfront regarding what to expect. I felt like her and her staff cared about my situation and that I was more than just another client. She handled my case very professionally all while making me feel at ease.
