Regardless of being polite and courteous asking to see if the lawyer would possibly take the case, and providing brief detail on the initial call, the receptionist was a completely rude an I will leave it with that and not add explecitives even though those words provide the emphasis and define the depth of her personality. She should NOT be customer facing and learn to speak to people with respect and a better tone.
