I have an ok experience with ColorTyme until recently my furniture needed repairing in the past and the have a third party that is slow to respond, after a few months of back in forth with Color Tyme and the third party it finally got fixed. Now recently that same piece needed repairs so I called to let them know it was in need of repairs A.S.A.P they said they would call me back but, never did.
