The bad reviews had me worried about my pictures especially because mine were complicated and I ordered a lot. However, I received everything I ordered and they look adorable. Thank you! Color is off though definitely not the best quality.

I’ve never had a more unprofessional experience dealing with photography. We ordered pictures in October and called and called and got no response. In January the owner’s personal phone number was added to the voicemail and when we finally got in touch, we were immediately brushed off because they were on vacation and told that when they came back they would immediately assist. I've ordered pictures more than once through my kid's school, and I've never had an issue, until this year when I didn't receive my photos. It took a couple attempts to get ahold of them (busy time of year before Christmas), but once I did, both Doug and Karen were so nice and helpful. I then received my photos within 2 weeks of initially reaching out and they look great!

Colorgraphics in rochester ny after 46 years in buisness having photographed 4 million people closed march 2020 due to covid. Currently two former employees are operating under a similar name colorgraphics usa from a different city location (Conesius NY ) but using the same phone number which they were able to secure from the phone company and the previous colorgraphics. Thank you to all our customers over the years who supported us. We wish these former employees much success in starting out on their new buisness venture.
