DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I placed my order on 02/28/24 after receiving no shipping information I emailed only to be told the item is delayed. No further communication until I emailed again item once again delayed. Long story short I requested a refund as of this post no refund..and to make matters worse I received an email from June who advised my refund was issued on 3/12/24 and should be received in 3 to 5 business days. If I could give zero stars I would….doesn’t communicate about online orders and hides behind Covid as her reason not to get back to you….asked for a refund on a product I was getting the runaround on and she finally shipped it 2 months later. Just wanted a refund at that point so I sent it back and again was promised a refund when she received it.. We’ll I’m still waiting and no response from her…horrible way to run a business…..
