Updated 01 2025 - I have been with Coloramo for around 15 years. The staff are always very kind and I love the convenience of the Fruita location, I am also really excited for the new location on 24 road. All of that said I am getting very close to closing my account. I submitted my loan payment on December 31 and received confirmation that it was accepted that day. Due to a holiday and the company’s internal processing system, the payment was not posted until the next business day, January 2. As a result, I was charged additional interest despite paying on 31st I escalated the issue and spoke with a representative named Jessica, who stated there was “nothing that could be done” because their system does not recognize the payment submission date, only the posting date.
