Colorado Spirit Retreat in my opinion is by far the Best kept secret in the state of Colorado!. This property is truely a piece heaven that happens to be located in beautiful downtown black forrest. Ron the property owner and former government engineer for over 20 years is extremely wise and makes you feel very welcome.. This property is a hidden paradise! In the three magical weeks I stayed here, I found so much peace! I didn't want to leave! I had instant friends, yet had as much privacy as I wanted. They have a great system in place if you want a completely solitary vacation, but I loved going by the shop in the evenings to hang out in there with Ron, Katie, Marva, and even a few friends of the family who came by.
