I have nothing but praise for the location in Boulder, Colorado. From start to finish they walked me through what needed to be done and were prompt in their replies. I had a will and other documents associated with that and all were done by a competent attorney. I signed today and am thoroughly satisfied. Don't hesitate to call if you are on the leaner end of money and are looking for legal assistance.
This is the second time they have canceled on me with less than 24 hours notice. This time it was an hour notice and after I booked an appointment weeks ago. No one calls back or answers the phones when I call. My paperwork is due Monday. I have absolutely no time to get the help I need now. So unprofessional. People rely on these services and to cancel like this, not just once, but twice is extremely frustrating and has made an already stressful situation, much worse.
