This place is a joke, the lady that answers the phone is about as rude as they get. I know it's a free service but stop making people feel like crap for asking for help. She doesn't even let you finish speaking before she tells you in condescending tone that you don't qualify.
I cannot thank Colorado Legal Services enough for their help, Judy went above and beyond. I felt completely overwhelmed and didn't know my rights, but the team here stepped in with so much compassion. They were professional, communicative, and truly cared about keeping me in my car. Having a lawyer by my side made all the difference in the world. They are a lifeline for our community!
