Good CD rates. Horrible service. They are a online bank and their system seems to error regularly which means you can't do anything. Awful customer service, spoke to Brandon and he's starts off with "what's up? Come back later" I am now withdrawing everything and going to a legitimate bank

Excellent customer service. Online, over the phone. Savings account open was referred online but customer service reviewed and resolved everything the next morning no fuss. An exceptional customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful team.
I've been watching this bank for its 5-year CD rates. As of last week middle of June 2022 their rate was at 3.4% which was phenomenal. So I figured I'd wait a few days to see what happened. Now less than a week later although there has been another fed interest rate hike, the 5-year has dropped down to 2.9%. still good but makes me Leary to do business with them because why would their interest rates be dropping as the Fed is increasing interest rates?
