Unfortunately I was disappointed with what should be an easy, inexpensive return policy for a new, unopened, Lutron lighting 3-way dimmer; standard in stock inventory at other CES locations. I was not permitted a $50 return, sadly. I don’t have any such issue with returns at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace or Amazon. Funny how that works.
This is where I go for all my electrical parts. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I will keep referring my friends and family there. Love CES eagle-vail. Vinny

Absolutely worthless!! Calling or walking in this store will get you nowhere real fast. Unable to complete orders. Their inventory is terrible. Grainger will have your order next day, these guys will take WEEKS. Really high turnover with employees for a reason.. WASTE OF TIME
