I have been calling for over two weeks. All I need is to change the PHONR NUMBER on my account so I can log in. That's it!!! - Hours on hold, line randomly disconnects constantly. Sign up for a call back and it never occurs. - I've probably spent north of 20 hours trying to change a phone number on a account so I can log in, in literally on hold RIGHT NOW again, but it's only been 1 1/2 hours so far so maybe today is the day. - For Gods sake, add an email to the two way authentication. This is so beyond insane.

I have tried three separate times over the period of a month to file for a Sales Tax License. Each time it says application completed but NEVER gives me a license number.
I've been calling them for 2 weeks and They will not answer the phone It's very very frustrating.
