I’ve had insurance with this company since I started my job. Now all this confusion you can’t get in touch with anyone. You stay on hold for 45 minutes plus. They keep sending my mail to wrong address after I told them 3 times of the new address. They never sent money they said they sent. As soon as I can I’m canceling everything I have with them.
