Great outing with the kids! Relaxing environment and great staff!
This was great except…. The instructor was great and helpful. No complaints she was awesome. I have an issue when I pay 200 dollars for a class and then was made to also pay 30 dollars as a mandatory gratuity. I don’t mind adding a gratuity, but it was not an option. I was told to go to the checkout and when I said I prepaid everything I was told I still owe a mandatory tip. That left a bad taste as a first time customer. I would suggest if tip is not optional put it into the price or don’t have customers prepay.
