Got a Massage, Color and Hilights and Loved it!!!!! The place is just gorgeous!!! Very cool and stylish and not so stuffy if you know what I mean!!! The staff is all dressed in classy black and are such a sweet group of people...they are all about team work! My colorist was really good and knew exactly what would look good on me. Debbie was amazing with the massage...I felt that she really connected with my body's needs.Every time i drive by the place is hopping...and when I go inside the customer attention is superb!p.s. th... read more
Annoying & Overrated I have been to the color lounge 2 times. Only reason I went a second time is because I received a gift card for a haircut. I stuck with the same stylist for the second visit because she was very talented and gave me a pretty long layered style and cut...but she stunk so bad and was dirty looking, cat hair all over her clothes along with 2 holes in her shirt and hair looked extremely dirty. She reminded me of a drug addict! She was also very annoying with her stories of all her friends that seem very weir... read more
Unprofessional and immature and shoddy work I showed up for my appointment and the stylist wasn't there due to family emergency. I'm truly sorry for this individual and understood that things happen and would have come back, but the owner Chris said his assistant was very good and would do a great job. I ended up with a TERRIBLE brassy yellow/red color on 2 inches at my roots only, the rest was my original color. (I had asked for my regular blond highlights). I had reddish dye on my forehead and neck. The gal had to ask anot... read more
