Royally screwed up our insurance! Didn't tell me up front how much each visit would cost. After going to the place for 2 months, the billing said I needed a preauthorization, which wasn't true, the owner fixed the issue but after being harassed and horrible customer service I decided to leave. On top of that, I didnt feel like we had met any kind of goals for my daughter's therapy. Waste of money and time. Color Along is such an amazing place, and we LOVE the staff there. Our son absolutely loves his therapists and gets excited to walk in every appointment! Highly recommend!!
We love Color Along and my daughter has benefitted so much from OT and Speech services. All the staff members are kind and supportive and offer thorough feedback after each session. I highly recommend them!
