Lived here for just under a year with my mom and have great things to say about the complex itself, nice and secure the people are friendly everything you could want. My downvoting is more for the ownership. Please update payment methods to allow online payment methods and communication from them is frustrating at best. My personal situation was complicated and they have new people running things there so hopefully they'll improve things going forward.
My grandparents moved here and they absolutely love it! There is a great community of people and they are all so nice and helpful! My grandparents could not be happier. I am so grateful I found a place for them where they feel comfortable and happy!
My mom has been here for several years. She loves this community and the staff is amazing. What this means is I can sleep at night knowing mom is safe and happy. Thanks Colony Park for everything you do.
My parents have lived at Colony Park Apartments for the last few years. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and the exterior of the property is well maintained with lovely landscaping and a seating area. Keith Bruce, who oversees the property goes above and beyond to accommodate the residents' needs. I do not live in Elmira but communication with him has always been easy. This is a wonderful place to live and work I don't know what is happening why people are attacking keith but he is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He does not yell at people we have not done anything to anyone . If you feel wronged you should come to him not publically attack him through his job. He works hard to maintain colony park.
