Working with Mr. Farley at Colony was fantastic. He was able to answer our questions over the phone and helped us get an account open so quickly. He is respectful and friendly. When I went into the branch, everyone was working but they all looked up, made eye contact and someone greeted me immediately to see how they could help. You can't top that!
Always very helpful and friendly
I chose this bank based on a friends recommendation. So far they seem to be a reasonably good bank. I do dislike that that are closed on Saturday, but not enough not to bank with them.
This location is beautiful and efficient. I opened a business account and received excellent customer service. The process was seamless.
