After having a negative experience with Wells Fargo last year I’ve gone without a checking account which has brought about its own problems. At the advice of Bethany of World Finance I went to Colony Bank. I was treated like a long lost friend with the red carpet rolled out! I left there with a new account, information about the area and new friends. It was actually a fun experience!
God forbid if you ever need to talk to your personal branch. I called the listed number and talked to someone who was somewhere, maybe in Georgia, they were nice enough and connected me to my local branch in Manchester. A real pain in the rear. But, to make it worse, no one picked up the phone at the Manchester banch so I had to leave a message. An hour and a half later still no response. I'm not impressed.
Awful service!! Can’t talk to representatives with your problems. Almost impossible to talk with customer service. You win a prize before getting to chose your options. I will definitely find another bank after this latest episode 😡
Everytime I try to use the ATM I have issues.
