Great customer service and a really friendly staff. Tough location to get out of, but worth th effort.
Run away, don't walk. They advertised a fee free account, but when my account went into overdraft -9.85 in monthly fees, they closed my account and sent me to collections immediately. My mail comes late but a simple phone call could've gotten the bill of fees handled. False advertisement, they close earlier than any other bank so it's hard to make their business hours and despite having several methods of communication on file (phone, email) they chose not to use them.
Hands down, best customer service. From setting up your account, picking your own debit card design, and setting up which type of Checking account you want. Not to mention the lobby of the bank looks like you walked into a 5 star hotel. The ladies here at the Statesboro branch are above par. If you want simple checking with awesome customer service, look no further.
