Love this bank. Been using this bank about 40 years. Dana Mullis is very helpful. Very nice person
Was an excellent bank, for years and years. You could walk in and get help, you could call your actual bank directly and someone would pick up, etc. For those reasons, I put up with lack of ATM locations and slightly delayed deposits (compared to big box banks). But this latest "mobile app update" is an actual nightmare. I can't log in since they, to much fanfare, announced a new-and-improved mobile banking app. That's fine, I expected growing pains.
