Your mobile app is terrible. The glitches that it has concerning logging in, and when trying to complete mobile deposits are absolutely frustrating. Along with that you make customers wrap their own coins instead of having a coin counter. Your slowing the process down when customers are waiting over 15 minutes for people to come in with change deposits.
