My daughter and I came in this morning to open a checking account for her. The first woman who was our initial contact didn’t greet us, she looked at me like she was a deer in headlights. Literally. I came into Colony a few weeks ago with my aunt. Shae provided us with great service, she was friendly, helpful and patient. She definitely made an already hectic day run a lot smoother.
I always get the friendliest and quickest service here! They always are happy to help and I've never had an issue with my accounts!
The staff are competent and friendly. But there should be more of them.
