I came on to post a big THANK YOU to Jennifer Wright for being so helpful to us (I’m not surprised to see other kudos to her on here)! I lost a copy of our Operating Agreement that was created nearly 25 years ago. Since we have done our banking with Colony, I took a chance and called them to see if they might just have a copy. Great staff and friendly service. Plenty of access and 3 drive thru terminals.
Colony Bank merged(?) with TC Federal which caused multiple issues with my account. Jennifer Wright in the Ogeechee rd location has been more than amazing and attentive in assisting to get all of the issues resolved. If it weren't for her I would have closed my account and gone to another bank. She is my banking hero!
