Yes I loved my apt.but the 2nd manager Rita she should of taken up for me. I wrote it up under our lease violations it surely was big ones of 3 individuals disturbing my livability and peace on the entrance side. Went on 3 years I kept telling Rita and calling Jill her answering service about all the noise and disturbances finally I took my time to write it all up every little detail but Rita was too busy with her grand boys 3 of them she is having to raise. I loved living there but manager let me get defamation of character and punitive slander. I wish she would of took the lease violations on the entrance side. There was quite a problem with 3 tenants on the entrance and manager went through exit over 3 years. She has 3 grand boys raising so they came first. I did not do what they accused me of and I didn't even have a rescheduling of a fair hearing.. I had to go to court and manager didn't even go. She knew the troublemakers and the lease violators.. Don't judge by 5 stars this apartment manager is crooked and she has an attitude. I promise you I was done wrong and as he didn't take the write up lease violations in the entrance side of 3 and it went on 3 years. She went through the exit over 3 years had tenants working her job into our confidential files. One named Leslie she was her neighbor on the exit side where Rita lives over in the cul-,da-sak on exit side. Great place to live. Quiet gated community. All units are 2 bedroom 2 bath with garage. Water is included. Washer/dryer provided also. Downfall is a 3-year waiting list.
