I saw Georges Adams because I had been in a lot of pain in my upper back. He listened very carefully to what I described. He thought I had a trapped nerve. He did gentle fascia release on my ribs and back and neck. Within 24 hours the pain had completely gone - after suffering for ten days and trying shiatsu, heat packs, pain relief before seeing him.
