Jill Lamb, marketing director, gave us a wonderful tour of Colonial Village. Our family is searching for skilled nursing and short term rehabilitation for our mom after knee surgery. The facility is beautiful, cheerful and the staff emanated a strong sense of community and optimism. The physical therapy professionals are highly regarded and we believe our mom will thrive in this environment and be supported in her goal to return home and continue living independently.
I am the pastor right across the street and I can testify to the fact that Colonial Village is an amazing place. I know several residents and staff members there and my great aunt recently moved in. To a person, they all have had a positive experience. The staff hosts fun socials and holiday parties including a Halloween party for the families of the residents. The follow up after tour was unprofessional and disappointing. No courtesy call backs to me or hospital. Seems they have a reputation for this. Was declined service ultimately after being told numerous rooms available. Curious about who they do select for care.
Colonial Village is a wonderful place to work. Residents that live here become family to community team members. They are proud to live here and so often refer their own friends and family! I love being a part of this wonderful community!
