I had a great experience at this shop. I actually was able to get a problem lamp spruced up, and then the selection was so varied, I ended up choosing 2 bedside table lamps, and a unique chinese red step up table. in addition to the cutest brass monkey lamp. I did not think anyone was pushy, I do know that when he could tell I was in love with something he tried to convince me to it home, but I would not say that was being pushy. I very definitely will return again!
In the little town of Mebane, NC there is a wonderful store that is certainly worth visiting. It is a family owned business with family owned charm. Curtis and Kim care about what they are selling and their customers. If you are looking for something a little different, this is the place to go. Best selection of Lamps, Art and small furniture in central NC. I have been doing business with them since the 1990's. They buy out furniture market showrooms and I have regularly bought items at less than wholesale. Worth the drive from Raleigh. I have never had anything but good and friendly service here.
Do not recommend, very pushy, tried to push me into purchasing a item that I told him I didn't like tried to make me feel guilty. I recommend anyone to stay away from these guys hope I never even have to drive by this place. I have had a lot better experiences with car salesman.
This store has magnificent choices at very low prices! They have high class Tiffany Lamps, Prints, Mirrors, Furniture, and Accessories. Since it is a family run business, they are more than willing to help however they can. If you're looking for anything for your home in the triad area, Colonial Traditions is a place you should check!
