Don't even bother! I've been a retailer for this company for the past year and not only do they make a lot of mistakes filling orders, their drop-ship program is a joke! If you need to find out the shipping cost on an order before it's shipped, it's virtually impossible to obtain. They provide a list of box sizes and weights that are suppose to be for all their active products but apparently isn't not kept current. I have used CTW for 3 years. I have only had one item received that was cracked, and it was immediately replaced. Than you!
Overly priced on products and shipping for my clients. Some have complained how cheaply made some of the items are.
Don't expect good customer service OR any shipments to be shipping out in a timely manner. 15 days from placing an order till they finally get around to shipping! HORRID! Over charge on freight as well!

LOUSY about shipping on time! 15 days from time of placing an order till it actually shipped? CRAPPY! Called 11 days after order was placed to find out they couldn't just ship out an order under $75 the cheapest route they could and charge us... decided to HOLD the order... NO CONTACT as to why?! Took me calling them!! Then order STILL didn't ship out FOR ANOTHER 4 DAYS?!?! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! A bit over priced as well!

I continue to be impressed with the quality of the CTW products. Jami in customer service has been amazing and returns emails quickly. Products are shipped quickly with no extra charge. Do not purchase from these people. They keep there shipping costs hidden so they can rake you over the coalS with the price. Bought some items that the box weighed 18.6 pounds. They stated on the ups label it was 34 pounds. Shipping should have been 12 - 15 dollars. They charged double. BEWARE BEWARE.!!!!!!
