I absolutely LOVE this place. They have all been so friendly and so helpful. I was in and out of there last year within 1/2 an hour and I actually got a refund. Unlike the years before when I went to H&R Block. They charged me 4 times the amount and we had to pay in. And they also couldn't answer my tax questions.
I am extremely disappointed and upset with the very negative experience I had with this company after my father and I had been loyal customers for years. My husband and I were having some problems with our taxes, and when we called to make an appointment, they said they would "call us back." They never did, and after a huge struggle, we are unsure if we are even going to be able to get our refund this year, which we desperately needed as we have a second child on the way AND I was recently diagnosed with cancer, therefore le... read more
