Place is a joke. Don't care about staff or residents. They let staff sell the residents weed. They let the night shift call out make you cover but night shift still comes to smoke weed with residents then leave. They don't watch the residents take their medicine. I watched 2 med teach be told by residents that he was taking his narcotic and selling it to another residents. The "customers" exist in a constant state of why won't you pay me its been months. The employees are scared to quit because by habit checks get randomly lost in the mail if you decide to go elsewhere. But i don't work there anymore. Where the hell is my money. It's been 5 months. I'm tired of excuses.
Ask for administration and be hated at and never get an answer. These people here live in a state of never answered never responded to. Because the admin of colonial never expresses anything to anyone unless it is happy yum yum eat you come of this, come alive all up in me whatever whenever. Hey let me have a life I can trust.
Ever since the the family sold it to the new company this place has gone downhill. it is run by the most incompetent individuals you will ever meet. I wouldn't let them take care of my dog
