I met Mr Bill in October 2022 while on Vacation Mr Bill deserves 10 Stars. Excellent Customer Service and he makes sure he's accessible he goes above and beyond and I will use him again and Only Him next time I come to Williamsburg.
Mr. Billy is a perfect gentleman. Service was excellent! The car rental process was handled with professionalism and was a smooth process for pick up and return of the vehicle.
This place is the way to go! I about had heart failure when I priced out a rental with the major companies, but thankfully we were able to save over $500 by using Colonial. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted, it was very clean and everything worked without a single issue. If ever in the area again we will definitely be using this company again.
Local company, retired vet, saved money, this guy goes above and beyond, if I could give him 10 stars I would. He doesn't have the newest cars but do what! if you are up tight then go rent a Tesla on turo.
