This facility loves their patients and wants to give them the best quality of life. They are easy to communicate with. They always have activities for the patients.
Know this for a fact. The patients that can't get up and go to the bathroom have their diapers changed twice daily. The daytime CNAs get the patients up and clean them after they have laid in their own waste be it urine or stool ALL NIGHT. After they are changed in the morning they don't get changed again until about 7pm. The concern for these elderly people is horrible. Unfortunately I think ALL skilled nursing aka nursing homes are this wsy. The CNAs do not care.
