Edward Tonitis is completely unprofessional. He refuses to respond to phone calls, is rude, won't answer direct questions and outright lies about steps in the process being taken care of. We are past day 50 on a conventional loan with a "strong buyer" and he just requested the buyers tax transcripts a few days ago. He is also just now saying there are issues with the appraisal that was done weeks ago. I am reporting him and his company to the BBB and CFPB. Do NOT use this company, they are shady liars.
