What you think of a place like colonial house depends on what your needs are. My dads needs are what I would consider special. He is fairly able of body and very slightly able of mind after loosing a battle with alcoholism. I am writing this review for all of the other daughters out there trying to figure out the least restrictive place they can put their loved ones who can't safely be at home, but aren't ready for more restrictive care.
