Paul Harmon has been very attentive throughout the whole process. Those few issues that did arise were resolved with his assistance and I look forward to being part of the Colonial Community.

Too soon to give opinions. I'm giving them a chance to make things better. Know it can't ALL happen overnite. Joaquin had a huge learning curve so can't give an opinion now, so just marked middle of the road.

The place is not safe at all. Homes get robbed often, squatters roam around. I know someone that got broken in 4 times, during the last one they stole his car. Another one got hit on the head and end up in the hospital. The place doesn’t have any competent security at all and at night they leave the front gate open so anyone can get in and out and thieves are aware of this. Stay away.

Could be a better and nicer place to live for seniors but…yearly rent increases are ridiculously high and you know most seniors are on fixed incomes, that yearly COLA is way below in comparison to the space rent increases! Not sure if it’s their way of forcing the elderly out? Cars (visitors?) in and out of this place speed and some cars have super noisy mufflers and music blasting day and night, driving over the useless speed bumps makes matter worst because nobody slows down so maybe they should just remove them.
