Please bring in the big red papaya and small red sweet potato that is common in Singapore and Malaysia. They help to prevent stomach cancer and IBS and no one else brings them in.
Very poor customer service experience. We realised immediately after paying that we had already purchased the same item elsewhere. The product was still at the counter and unopened. Despite explaining the situation, staff refused to offer a refund or cancellation, strictly sticking to policy without any flexibility. This kind of rigid approach makes customers feel undervalued. Policies are important, but so is common sense and basic customer care. Would not expect this level of service.

Smelly, loud and unfriendly
A staff member told me “you better pay, not stealing” while I was shopping normally. This was unprovoked and felt like a direct accusation. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Not okay at all. This needs to be fixed.
