I think this company is bogus. They make promises to you qbout loans that they donthonor. Even when you pay your bill on time. When it was time for my 6 month loan increase because I paid 6 consecutive on time payments the then new nasty attitude manager tells me I can't get an increase because the previous manager gave me the wrong code. NowI refuse to pay on time like I used to. So she is calling all my references as if they are going to pay. They place the most ignorant people in positions
My local Texas WF has been very good to me until we were in a WORLD Pandemic, I lost some income and had an emergency! The Manager I always worked with was understanding, helpful and let me move a few payments back and then start. He then he moved locations. District Manager Lyn Turner took over and suddenly, without warning or giving me an opportunity as WORLD advertises, he reported me as being late even though I paid more than the amount on the loan. I am a disabled veteran and in a wheelchair. The covid crisis has hit me hard. I needed a small loan of 1500 to get me thru the next 6 months. This was for car insurance and car related. I drive a handicap van and without insurance could not drive it. The van is my only form of ability to get around. I called the *****, SC office and did a application over the phone. I paid a loan off on my truck they said they mailed the title on 5/3 it's now 5/17 and still no title every time I call they get more hostile towards me it's the office in ******* ok.
World finance in Ocilla is the best I have been with them for years and they are very friendly and nice and helpful… the best manager they have had is Nikki she is very friendly and will help you … I would recommend all my friends and family to go to them!!!!
I would strongly advise not doing business with company. There absolutely nothing positive or professional about this organization. There are other options out there and people who will treat you better and value you as a customer.absolutely horrible.. stay away.

I wouldn't give this place 1 star Katie (I mean Karen)racist, over privileged white women, smart *** mouth, disrespectful, and needs to be FIRED! I will be calling corporate as well as BBB and anyone else I need to call to have her removed.
they do not report to credit bureaus accurately. don't get a loan from them if you are trying to start or build your credit. it won't help.
