I actually give these people a 0 review. After prequalifying for the loan we spoke with a Kristen in management who said she would be there until 6pm & would wait for my husband & I to arrive. Well we get there at 525pm they close at 530, she tells us she thought we weren't coming so she canceled the loan and once a loan was canceled a 24hour time period would have to go by before restarting the loan. Granted we told her we were on our way and we arrived before closing, meanwhile other people are arriving she was clearly str... read more

This company is bogus. I had a an account to go into collections with World Finance for another company. They send me a settlement amount which I paid on April 1,2020. I have called to try to get it removed cause they are continually reporting negatively on my credit report every month but they said the only report every 7 years. They say they don’t do pay to delete, which I think is crazy. I just need them to delete it since it was a transferred account. Someone please help.
