Clearly booked an appointment for measurement and it was a 'no show.' Our time is important to us apparently it wasn't to them. The "sincere apology" is totally untrue. When I called, I was given no explanation of "running late" and they hung up on me. Hmm. How about telling the truth?

Just finishing up our new custom home. The builder, who we trust 100%, sent us to Colonial Decorators and we couldn't have been more pleased. Colonial provided the expertise and experience to bring my wife's ideas to life, also provided some excellent suggestions. End product was even better than we'd hoped.
I walked in and started looking around. Taryn asked if I needed anything at just the right time. No pressure, no crowding, just helpful. She invited me to take anything home, which I did, three separate pieces. She didn’t ask for my info, just let me take the samples. When I came back the next day for replacement options she kindly offered that people average three times of taking samples home.
