Helpful, knowledgeable and kind men helped me out this morning. Didn't have to lift a finger.
Clearly booked an appointment for measurement and it was a 'no show.' Our time is important to us apparently it wasn't to them. The "sincere apology" is totally untrue. When I called, I was given no explanation of "running late" and they hung up on me. Hmm. How about telling the truth?
