We arrived at the rail trail with a flat tire. Drove to Colonial Bicycle and they immediately took care of the problem. Price was fair and he even recommended a place for lunch. Thanks for getting us back on the road quickly.

Excellent and knowledgeable suppliers of Trek and Bontrager. They really dialed in my Emonda SLR and pay attention to the details that any customer in need is looking to receive.

I have had a few experiences here and I think all bike shops don’t want to work on old bikes or deal with tire kickers like me . They warm up if you buy a few things. It is tuff to get the owner to like you. I have tried. That being said they do know their stuff and have the best stuff around. He is just gruff I think . But more importantly, having my bike properly maintained is key to me, and the service I receive from Peter Shipulski is terrific! Having a technician I like and can trust means much to me. Peter's enthusiasm and attention to detail is wonderful! I picked up my Trek Silque SLX this past weekend, and it looks beautiful! Thank you ... read more

Colonial is a predominately Trek shop. They even have a Trek design center if you want to customize all aspects of your new Trek in the store. I have a very technical Trek mountain bike with gas breaks. My rear brake was seized up and I needed a quick repair to make a ride with my buddies within an hour. I walked in with my bike and Pete had the brake in tip top shape in 15 min and I made my ride. The shop looks brand new and the service center looks clean enough to eat off the floor. Great experience all around!
