I will never forget!!!!! My mom died because of their neglect!!!!!! Ignore the positive reviews!!! Everyone was asked to go online and give the facility a good review. Including my mom and sister, which killed me when I read it!!! My mom died of Covid from the negligent staff in this facility. From the very beginning of the pandemic, my mother never left this facility. This place is where my Dad is. now for 6 months. I highly recommend it. The staff is great and administrators are very caring like family. I am thankful to have my Dad there and to all the staff. It is a great place, care, clean, and good food. Thank you Arelis for helping me always with any question or concern you are amazing.
The previous staff were more friendly and it used to feel like home. Now it’s different and I don’t see enough inclusivity.
