It's full of very kind people that help each other. At a co-op, you pay your condo off and have what they call a maintenance fee that is paid each month. The Maintenance fee ($535.00) is kinda high for a co-op. Because a co-op is to assist lower income people. There are slightly more rules in a co-op. If you can pay a condo off at a regular place, the HOA is usually lower. My neighbors down the street pay $350.00 for their HOA. And once a job is done from raising the HOA, it will go back down.
