I love the operational system setup it made everything quick and easy
I asked for a ticket to Bremerton and they gave me one to Bainbridge Island. I went back to change it out and they told me it's the same price and that my ticket would work for either. I would think it important to know how many people were going to which destination for the purpose of planning routes and to know how much capacity to plan for. Sure one ticket won't impact things, but if they repeatedly do so, fail.
Brand new dock that supports lots of the Washington ferries and fast ferries. Clean, organized, and design for lots of people. ADA accessible with good elevators and smooth sidewalks.
