The experience I had at the bank yesterday was so welcoming! As soon as I walked in everyone was smiling and so kind. Ciera was phenomenal with helping me get my last name changed and a new card, the process probably is usually super boring but Ciera made it fun and kept conversation really well! Thanks to all of you at Northwest Community Bank!!
