A very frustrating experience with a bank to bank transfer was made more tolerable by the patience and kindness of Ciera Russo in the Collinsville branch. She called us to alert us to the problem and worked with us try to remedy the issue with the other bank. Her professionalism and kindness make it a pleasure to come into this branch.
Ciera was so helpful, kind and courteous. The vibe in the bank is a perfect blend of traditional small town customer service and modern technology. Very professional and reassuring. Highly recommend the folks in this branch.
Many thanks to Britta Lucian, Assistant Branch Manager at the bank’s Collinsville location, for her help in resolving a matter involving a year-old Treasurer’s Check which apparently never reached - and thus was never cashed/deposited by - its intended recipient.
